There is really no way around it, if you are an Esthetician part of your job is selling products and the sooner you embrace this fact the more successful you will be. Sales is part of every single business. If you stop fighting the sales side of the beauty business and become genuinely interested in becoming a better sales person, and then put on your resume to EWC that part of your objective is to become a better sales person your chances of success will more than double. You may also add on your resume that you are looking for a position that allows you to make a lot of product sales; chances are you will get an interview. 

2. Practice working with hard wax. At EWC they only use hard wax and some of the locations will have you recite a script and apply the wax at the interview so that they can see how much work you will need.  In other words, if you need a lot of training you will be considered too expensive to waste time on. What you should do is apply the wax with the stick completely on its side, as you would with soft wax. This allows you to get the hard wax to stretch along the skin so that you won't have to make as many short wax strips. At the end of your  application try to make a "lip" with the wax so that you can easily pick the wax up after it dries. 

If you are able to apply the wax relatively well, act outgoing and friendly, and have the desire to become a better sales person, you have a good chance of being hired. 

If you do get hired make every attempt to be what you claimed to be during the interview. So many people apply for jobs with the desperation and attitude of being willing to do anything to get in, once they get the job they are lazy, and critical of everything the company does. Remember that if a company gives you a job they are giving you an opportunity. You will have the opportunity to learn many things and in exchange for your 'free training".  You should be willing to deliver quality service and excellent develop top notch sales skills.
